My Approach
Feeling safe in online anxiety counselling can take time. When your mind and body are used to being on high alert, it can take a while to feel comfortable, even in a virtual space. And that’s OK.
In our online sessions, we focus on understanding what helps your anxiety ease and what makes it spike. That might mean slowing the pace, using grounding techniques, or noticing how anxiety shows up in your body in the the moment.
Safety is something we build together through being heard, respected, and never rushed.
Over time, as your system begins to settle, online anxiety counselling can help you gain clarity, feel more in control, and rebuild a sense of trust in yourself.
